Lenses by Maryam operates an online retail store selling cosmetic coloured contact lenses.

Contact lenses are intended for cosmetic use only and should be used responsibly in accordance with provided guidance.
3. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and information are accurate. However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing differences.
All contact lenses sold are cosmetic lenses and should be used in accordance with the provided care instructions.
4. Prescription Lenses
Where prescription lenses are offered, these are made to order based on the details provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that prescription information entered is accurate.
Prescription lenses are custom-made and are non-returnable unless faulty.
5. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where fraud is suspected or stock is unavailable.
6. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase through our approved payment providers.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch orders within the estimated timeframes stated on our website.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or other external factors beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on contact lenses once they have been opened or used.
Unopened, sealed items may be eligible for return within the time period stated in our Returns Policy.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Contact lenses are classified as medical devices and must be used responsibly.
