Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on contact lenses and other cosmetic products once they have been purchased.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
